TERMS OF PURCHASE:  Purchase Orders are accepted.  Orders may be faxed, mailed, phoned in, or you may use our website to shop and place orders online.   We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.  If an order does not indicate payment by credit card, an invoice will be mailed for billing.  There is a 20% restocking fee of purchased items returned.

Safety Manuals.  Due to the advances in technology, the theft of downloaded, emailed or CD safety manuals is extremely easy. For this reason, all Safety Manuals sales are final. No exchange, return, refund, or credit will be accepted.

RESTOCKING FEE: Items returned within 10 days will reflect a 20% restocking fee unless you wish to exchange for video of equal or lesser value. No refunds or exchanges after ten days.
